We are now thrilled to announce Bodmin College’s Bodmin and Beyond for Years 8 and 9. This is a whole week of unforgettable experiences where students break out of the classroom, discover new passions, test themselves, make friends, and take part in activities designed to inspire, challenge and celebrate them.

Students will then take part in an activity for the remaining four days of the week and you can choose from the great selection of activities in the attached booklet. Some students in Year 9 have already signed up to one of our international trips taking place during Bodmin & Beyond. If this is you, you do not need to complete the form in this booklet.

Year 10 will be taking part in Work Experience during the final week of the summer term. During the week, Bodmin College students get out and about across the county, exploring a range of industries and discovering what real-world work is really like. It’s a hands-on opportunity to experience different careers, develop professional skills, and learn how to make a great impression in the workplace. At Bodmin College, preparing for Work Experience is a top priority – we’re committed to giving every student the tools, confidence, and support they need to make their placement an inspiring and unforgettable experience.

Year 7 students will be invited to take part in the Year 7 Camp – a three-day residential camping adventure full of exciting and adventurous activities. If the Year 7 Camp isn’t for you, there will be a programme of exciting experiences including local adventures, fun trips, and memory making to the max!
