Our Sporting Academies are run by ex-Professional and ex-International players and coaches, that’s what makes them a cut above the rest, unique and extra special.
TRIATHLON : 2013/2014 sees the second year of our Triathlon Academy. We have linked up with clubs and organisations both locally and internationally and if triathlon is your sport (or even one of the three disciplines) you will be enrolling into a truly outstanding network of training, support and advice. NETBALL : The Netball Academy offers coaching and match participation at any level, whether you are County and above or new to Netball. With three teams there is a space to suit any player. December 2013 update: Girls netball are currently unbeaten in their league matches. This is the first year we have gone to a league format which is competitive rather that friendly and the results are starting to roll in with Bodmin as yet to be beaten. They have played Bude won, Newquay Tretherras and won 16-15, Camborne won and Wadebridge won scores to be sent later.
FOOTBALL : Partnered with Exeter City FC, this academy offers talented students a chance to be selected for Exeter City Elite Player Pathway, an opportunity for professionalism. Academy players will be coached by ECFC staff as well as our own Chris Morris; and will play at levels from friendly to British College’s League & Cup. For more info click here
RUGBY : Players of all levels are welcome to join the Academy whether you are County level and above or new to competitive rugby. The emphasis is on enjoyment and team ethics. The structured coaching sessions contribute to the success of the Rugby Academy.
