The Student Council consists of tutor group representatives from within each year group, whilst the School Council membership is those elected year group representatives from the Student Council.
The Student Councils meet regularly and provide their year group representatives with agenda items for meetings of the School Council. The School Council aims to produce useful feedback on the current College experience of their year group to Governors and the Senior Leadership Team. They list positive experiences, discuss issues of concern and assist in providing a student view on potential developments at the College.
This structure and forum enables students to be at the heart of exciting College initiatives and provide a valuable opportunity for students to interact with each other and senior members of staff.
Our Student and School Councils are central to our aim of continually seeking to improve every aspect of our school. We thank all of our students, past and present, for their contribution – it is very much appreciated.
